The Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors welcomes you to this meeting. This agenda contains a brief general description of each item to be considered. Approve request to submit a grant application to the California Department of Resource Recycle and Recovery (CalRecycle) for the Used Oil Payment Program (OPP), in the amount of $55,000 for OPP8.

Approve addendum to contract with Yreka Transfer Company, LLC for refuse transportation services in Tulelake, extending the contract through June 30, 2018, and increasing the contract to a total amount not to exceed $113,892.94.

Approve addendum to contract with George Chambers for the operation of the Happy Camp Transfer Station, extending the term through June 30, 2018, and increasing the contract to a total amount not to exceed $103,111.27.

Approve FY 17/18 contract with Davis Guest Home, Inc., to provide 24-hour skilled residential care services for adult clients, at the rates identified in Exhibit A.

Approve FY 17/18 contract with Crisis Support Services of Alameda County to provide after-hours crisis intervention telephone counseling services, in an amount not to exceed $43,044.

Approve addendum to contract with Willow Glen Care Center to incorporate rates for FY 17/18 as identified in Exhibit A.

Approve addendum to contract with Kings View Corporation to extend the term through June 30, 2018, and increase the contract to a total amount not to exceed $155,811.11.

Approve amended Joint Powers Authority and Memorandum of Understanding with the California Automated Consortium Eligibility System for determining eligibility for federal and state funds, effective September 1, 2017.

Approve FY 17/18 contract with Siskiyou Child Care Council to provide STAGE I child care services for currently aided and post-CalWORKs families, in an amount not to exceed $150,000.

Approve addendum to contract with Jones Carpet Cleaning and Janitorial for services provided at 2060 Campus Drive, Yreka, increasing the contract by $42,720, to a total amount not to exceed $156,000 and extending the term through June 30, 2018.
